Incubators a temps

5 days ago I put 20 eggs in my homemade forced air incubator the temp was perfect at 99.5 to 100 but just checked and it got to 101.5 do u think they are dead!

According to this chart - part of a Brinsea publication, you should be ok.

I am sure it is fine i have had my incubator do that and the chicks turned out fine the only thing you don't want to happen is if the temperature stays like that for to long.
