I set 13, but they are all toad eggs.

I have more to set, but it is partially my fault for the bad hatch. I should set more often, but I want enough to make it worthwhile and I only have one toad laying (my old toad).... The others have went to chicken heaven. Dang hot weather.

you have grow-outs though?
how many toads do you have at this point?

Not sure, maybe 15-20. I have a pullet laying eggs maybe 3. So I will have more soon. The eggs are too small to hatch now, only the size of a large egg..:lau
i'd set them anyway and grow 'em out to eat and if they happen to grow-out nicely then they can be added to the breeding program

I have almost total shade for my birds - and it's still stressful for them. We were 107 yesterday. But, the temps in the shade were closer to 90, but the stupid birds aren't smart enough to stay in the shade. They have plenty of water. But thankfully, I haven't lost any. Even the babies are hanging in there. I did take out the heat plate a few weeks earlier.

Hey I have a question to you Serama folks. I hatched 3 seramas. 2 are growing the way I expected them to - they are smaller than the others, but not too bad. I have one that hasn't grown at all. It's the size of a normal week old baby. It's from my MAY 6th hatch. I've been giving it Nutradrench and vitamins. Is there any way to get it to start growing?
