As I am hatching eggs for a friend here in the US, I took a couple of pictures of my bator set up.

this is the second probe in a wigglie

The numbers on the left are the temps inside the wigglie, while the number on the right is the cycling temp of the bator. The eggs are on day 9. As they increase in internal heat production, I will lower the temp of the thermostat a couple of tenths of a degree. Following this pic, I dropped the thermostat temp from 38 to 37.8C

Looks like a nice setup!
I may have to get another controller for my Little Giant because the current controller is clearly bad news.
Funny thing is that I often get swings of less than a degree using a wafer setup.
The only thing that seems to bother a wafer is age or large barometric pressure changes.
I believe the best old incubators used a double wafer setup but with their size and egg numbers must have been
very stable temperature wise.

So I noticed today that with my Coolerbator, the temp is spot on when the thermometer isn't under the bulbs but is 102 when it is.....should I be worried about this? I have three in there and they all behave the same way.
700
the fan is partially on and below the bulb.
