THe material is flexible. Perhaps cut the bottom like two concentric circles to fit; add walls on outside and inside, then partitians. I don't know the exact design of your machine. I have used cable ties, heavy thread or twistems to hold together.
ok, ty... i will try that next hatch!! these should be easy to tell since they are buff orps, black stars and banties...

I was wondering the same thing on how to keep the chicks seperate in the brooder if they look the same. I was thinking of using nail polish and put just a drop on their toe or on the leg somewhere.
When I mark my eggs I use a Pencil - I will put an X on one side and the other side get the date of collection, the breed of chicken or Cross of chickens, and the hatch date. Really helps me keep it all seperated on who is to hatch first and needs to be moved to the bottom flat tray of my incubator while the others are still turning.
I also mark it on my calender when they go to the bator and when they are due to hatch.
