Quote: Sorry, I meant to pull in drier air from the AC or dehumidifier. Yes, mine make a LOT of heat too. It's a juggling game. LOL

Get the air in the room to a lower RH, as it probably gets pulled into the incubator. Maybe not, as you have a huge one and it is probably tighter than an LG.

When the outside RH changes, the house changes the next day, and the LG changes the day after. LOL

OK, my thermometer/Hygrometer died today... got to get new batteries. I put the rice in there so no real change in several hours. I have the dehumidifier running in my NEW room that I have not had time to move into. I can control things a little better as there is just the one door. It is insulated better and has a working AC if needed. Hubby says I can get a new dehumidifier if I can find a used one that runs better. Tomorrow we are going to move the incubator and see what happens. I have Cuckoo Marans, guinea, BLRW eggs coming in the next few days and I need to get this fixed ASAP. Not to mention I have 3 trays of eggs about ready to go in too..... ok this is going to be a bigger hatch than I wanted but, I got to do what I got to do.......

If the humidity is down tomorrow I will add MY eggs and then add the BLRW and then the Cuckoos and guinea. (these are not ALL my chicks to keep.... most are but not all)

I am going to get some Foley BLRW and SLW..... SOOOOOO excited!

ok thanks to my friend bulldogma, she got some awesome pics today. including this one i just HAD to share. 8)
What are those? I love the color and pattern!

I have a partridge rock roo.... I have plans for him soon...... LOVE that pattern! I need to not have so many projects, but they are fun.

Not sure really.... maybe a straight combed badly colored SLW IDK???? that was no help huh.... how old? Looks like it might be cross beaked or something that comb is not straight near the beak.
