Incubators: Still air vs circulated...Need help!

I have been looking around for an incubator but I am new to this whole thing! Is still air incubators or circulated best?? Also, which brand do you suggest?? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks

Hatching is a huge stress with trying to keep temperature and humidity right. I can't imagine using a still air.
