which is better still air or circulated air incubators ?

I have better hatches in Circulated, but some people swear by still air

If it's your first hatch, I'd get a circulated

I'm designing my own incubator right now with a fan I can turn on and off. I read (in some waterfowl book from the UK) that you should have a forced-air incubator, but a still-air hatcher (I'm hatching duck eggs, and keeping humidity up during hatching is super-important, and I guess it's easier in a still-air

), and I like doing everything in one simple step, so it would make sense to be able to turn the fan off when I'd like to...
