I have a hova-bator incubator. 25 watt 110 volt. How can i monitor humidity? It has "pockets" for water but idk how much to put in.

Those "pockets" the center one will get you around 30% the center and the next one that surrounds will get you up around 55% or it does in mine. I haven't hatched turkeys in mine yet, but have hatched lots of chicks and those were my results with the water pan. I hope that helps you!

You need to put an accurate hygrometer in the unit. The $6.95 units at walmart work surprisingly well. No other way I know of to be sure.
