Well, I told incubatorwarehouse.com that I would beta test one of these for them, and would post ALL info, whether it's Good, Bad, or Other...... This info in ONLY to help them make a better product, and is by no means to make them look bad.

I just received my IncuCube today via USPS priority Mail. At first glance, the box they used to ship the bator in was too small for the contents. The USPS priority box top actually had another piece of cardboard cut off another box, and taped on to make the lid close. This obviously doesn't give room for any padding to protector the bator and other contents.

So...I cut the tape off, and opened the box and unpacked the contents.(photos attached) everything looked to be intact except for the autoturn unit...it was damaged and the turning motor was broken off the unit. (phots attached as well)

I have already contact incubatorwarehouse.com about this issue, and just awaiting a reply.

This is all the further I have gotten, because I won't incubate until I have an autoturner in place.

I just unpacked mine and i am missing one water cup. It says there are 5 and I have 4. My shipping box was as flyweed says too small for the pkg. and had a separate piece taped to the top, thus exposing part of the incubator, and I am having a hell of a time with that thermometer/ humidity thing, can't seem to open it. but at least nothing looks broke or damaged, i can live with 1 less water cup, I will improvise on that. My question is where do you put the elec. cabel through for the turner? if I just run it between the top and bottom it will not be sealed very tightly.

I would suggest that the easter eggs need holes drilled in them for air flow.

Hi,
Mine came damaged also.Egg turner broken off exactly like the previous photo. Must be a weakness in the turner. And I have eggs to go in tonight! I'm not going to keep it, I think I'll go for a better built one. Funny, I cant find it on the website anymore? I wanted to see a picture of it set up. Also no answer on the phone just voice mail and no response from the website yet. If I hear from them soon I'll contact PayPal.

Mine is suppost to arrive some time today.. I hope it arrives in all one piece and no problems. Fingers crossed..
