Indian runner - can they be friendly

Hi everyone! Does anyone have a friendly indian runner? Does anyone know how to help me bond with mine? Thank you so much!

i've never had one, mine have always been really flighty. We used them for egg layers and the pekins and geese as pets My only recommendation to make your friendly it to hand feed it lots of treats and be really gentle and calm.

sorry it took me so long 2 answer. my favorite are Toulouse and pilgrim geese. They are loud, but very friendly and cool looking. I LOVE pekins. My favorite duck breed. Mine have always been very friendly (though not as friendly as the geese) and are also great meat birds, but don't name or tame the meat ones
