Indian Runner question!!!!

My Indian Runner duck is around 13 weeks old. I was wondering when the stop growing and if she were to be a boy, when would he/she get the curly feathers? I'm doubting highly its a boy because she won't shut up! lol Thanks!

She quacks. I'm positive it's a girl because I have a boy cayuga. I know it's two different breeds but I think it would give me an idea
