Indian runners not laying

We purchased 3 Indian runner ducks in june a mother and 2daughters the younger ones are now 6 month mothers approx 15 month
We arnt getting any eggs can someone advice please
They are free in garden in day and in a large shed at night have a pool in both areas and are fed layer pellets morning and night

Are they hiding the eggs? When ducks free range sometimes they nest somewhere else.

I don't know anything about duck breeds, maybe this kind is slower to start laying. Could you have a predator (raccoon, blue jay, fox, snake) stealing your eggs? The mother could be hiding a nest since they free range. I'm guessing the daughters aren't mature enough
