INDIANA BYC'ers HERE!

Our coop is finally finished!
I have a question about quarantining, though.
Here's a little back story: A friend bought us chicks(group A), from CL, as a gift. She kept them until we could finish our coop. Long story short, we had to find them a second temporary home. In the meantime, I bought four chicks(group B) from Brad Selig.
Unfortunately my second friend introduced three more birds(group C) to group A without quarantining. Before I can put A and B together, I'm going to have to quarantine the original birds, right?
It just took me FOUR MONTHS to build this coop. I don't have the time or money to build a quarantine coop/area.
I need some suggestions! What can I make or buy to do this? I have space to put something in the garage if I need to....
Looking to spend no more than $80 on this. I'm going to be bringing home 2 pullets and 2 Roos about 5 months old.

EDITED TO ADD

A and C have been together for maybe two weeks. Only 4 birds from A will be coming home to me.
I have a large garage, but moved into my house about 4 months ago. That means it's still full of my stuff! I can probably get a 4x8ish area cleared out for them.

How long have group A & C been together?

And...could you possibly just put group A&C (who are now together) in the garage in which you just divide off an area? I have lots of thoughts of ways to divide it off that would be cheap.

And you could set up a temporary fence on the outside so they would be able to go out in their own little temp area. (I have ideas for this fencing too...)

I added answers to your questions in my post! Thanks!

Got this in an email and thought you all would appreciate it :) Happy Monday!

ill reply to your pm here incase it helps others aswell. I use fridge or other large appliance boxes as you saw in my garage. I really dont bringbin many birds so I dont quarantine that often. I use the appl boxes for brooders when im ready to kick the xhixks out of the house. Ive found these work very well as thwy are free, I just put bedding on the bedding pile and then burn the boxes. So I could see these working for quarantine as well as with hurning you dont have to worry too much about diseases. If they start to fly I use wildlife/bird netting from Lowes that is 14x14 for $6. So these brooders cost next to nothing.

These guys will be three weeks on Wednesday. Not sure about sex, but I'm hoping for girls of course. I feather sexed them at a day old and saw girl, and they are all feathering out at the same pace, so
fl.gif
(my phone made their legs look way more orange than they are) They all have pea combs
kabhyper1: Wow, your chicks look large. Very handsome! (...girls can be handsome, too)

Here's a picture of our chicks that just turned 3 weeks yesterday. RIRs. Guessing 2 girls and 1 roo, but we'll wait and see how close my guess is.

Mom took them outside for the first time this weekend. They loved it. It was kind of chilly, but they stayed out there like troopers.

It's amazing how quickly the "littles" acclimate when they are with mom. Do you have any photos of mom and the kids outdoors?

You are exactly right. They were moving like a little mob. When one got distracted and ended up by herself, she would quickly stick her neck up and run full-speed over to the location of the other 2. The babies did take a few pecks from the other pullets, but I saw no serious aggression toward the babies at all.
I haven't taken pictures of the chicks outside with Mom yet. I should have, but I didn't want to miss something cute by leaving the chicken run to get the camera. I'll take some tonight, because I don't want to forget how cute they are at this stage!
