Do you add anything to them or just freeze them as is? My sister, who is a culinary arts student, said that you're supposed to add citric acid or something like that so that they don't turn green after they've frozen, but I had never heard of that before? I ask because we ran out of eggs for Thanksgiving this year, just like every year, and had to find somewhere to buy 'good' eggs (free-range, but still store bought :/ ), so I was going to freeze eggs over the summer when we have an abundance of them.

Ugh I do it a lot too, never learn! usually its the quail eggs tho.
