Hi All,

I sure hope everyone has been surviving the weather. I think of how cold I am and wonder how everyone's chickens are doing. I haven't been keeping up with the reading so I don't know if there were many chickens that moved into garages!

Although I think it would be fun and I love pets of all kinds, we have decided to hold off on chickens as we are expecting international company to stay with us in May for a couple of weeks. We are in the midst of renovations to our house and need to put our time (and money) in that direction!

I have so enjoyed corresponding to you. We'll see what happens in the next year. I hope to be back. Thanks so much!

M2H: i plan on getting my GED (once i can drop out) im learning how to drive right now so i can get my permit and get a car so i can finally get a job(dad said i cant get a job yet cuz i dont have a ride there and/or back) once i get my GED im going to work on a degree for college. all i want to do is work with animals
last december my dog Kaya started limping started with front left paw then moved to her back left then both back legs.... she ended up just faking it shes a real good at acting lol.

when i get my first job im hopefully getting a job at Pet Supplys Plus or Pet Smarts just to start off then i might end up having a home business

with the ducks is it only the males that get the red stuff or do the girls get them too?? will the ducks be guard ducks?? lol we had to get rid of our rott last year so when i move dad will need someone to guard the house lol or when my little brother comes to stay for a while hell be at least alil protected by an animal

~~ This winter would of been the test !! LOL !! They've done just fine in this cold. Doesn't seem to really bother them much.

AL, hope things can work out that you can finish school. Its so very important, and will effect every part of your life later on.
If it doesn't, GED is the way to go. Its nearly impossible to find work without one of the two diplomas.
I will try to get close ups of my ducks today.
