I am definitely not a master gardener. Certain vegetables are easier than others. I've never had any problem with tomatoes, peppers, or beans, onions, or asparagus (although they take a few years to be mature). Some herbs grow like weeds. Oregano, basil (plant them in between your tomatoes if you can), lemon balm (supposed to be good for chickens--nest boxes), lavender (also good for nest boxes according to the Chicken Chick). Lettuces are pretty easy, so are brussel sprouts. Now that I got all that off my chest I'll see what's on your list.
I've never had luck with strawberries. Too many rabbits. Squash grow like weeds and take up a lot more space than you'd expect. They produce like crazy, though.
Now, this will be my first year with raised beds, but from what I understand, plants do really well with them, so you might have better luck than me with some of your stuff. At my old house, half my garden was in the shade. The shade plants didn't do as good as the ones with full sun, but as long as you get partial sun I don't think you will be disappointed.
Hopefully some more experienced gardeners will chime in. I love the plants you chose. I would love to start some blackberry vines, myself. This year we'll build our run and raised beds (I'm only planning on putting lavender, lemon balm, and rosemary in them for now). Maybe in 2015 I can add veggies to the mix.
I know some veggies and plants are toxic to chickens. Trying to find a list about that, now where did I park it?
And I know one or two of the folks here on the board recommended putting hardware cloth down over plants to keep the birds from uprooting them, so that might be something to think about.
Oh, here's a list of what might be toxic to chix.
