minmin1258   LOL   I understand the travel, but I just paid $50 for $20 hen & rooster just to be "mailed"  that includes plane & usps travel from Seattle, WA.    They were just TOO ADORABLE to not have.  I am sitting here now waiting on their delivery.  Sure hope SPRING comes soon.

Soooo excited for Spring, heck I'm even looking forward to mowing again! Lol thank "goodness" for riding mowers! Lol

Doc told DH he didn't have to use the brace anymore unless he needed it. wants him to keep it as straight as he can and still use the crutches. And start physical therapy. didn't take the stitches out till next week. so bath time is still going to be a pain. it was a dusting party today when we got back from Doc. It was sooo cute !!!!!

Those bitties are adorable! I soooo love babies! Glad your DH is doing well. Have you tried putting Seran wrap around his wound and tape it... He could shower then at least. After working in nursing homes, having clutzy kids and being a medic I've learned to improvise! The wrap will slide off if it's not taped good though. I'm sure if you have kids you probably already knew that trick but figured I'd putu 2 cents in just in case. Lol

Ok so I'm hooked on EE'ers lol. The two chicks I got have the most character out all the other chicks. I have to ask does anyone have any EE'er chicks they would like to part with I think I'm gonna need a few more running around the house!!

I bought dumor show poultry feed at tsc tonight for my silkies. It is medicated, i thought it might help for when they go outside when it warms up. Have any of you used this? My chickens are 4 weeks to 1 year old. It is 22 protein.

Okay...more detail:

Go to the top and click on "Subscriptions"  (Just to the right of the search box)
At the top of your subscriptions, click on ""Edit My Subscriptions"
In the list of your subscriptions, there are drop-down boxes under the "Frequency" column.
Choose "Site Only..." In the dropdown boxes.



Then ..  at the top again... if you click on "Activity" you will see when there are new posts that you haven't read.

I keep that activity window open on my computer in one of my tabs all the time.  Then I right click on the one I want to read  and open it in a new tab.  That way the subscription tab stays open and I can click back over to it to look and see when new posts have appeared by just refreshing that window.
