Went to TSC today. They have ducklings in. Now I really want a duck. Thankfully the ones at TSC are not really what I want so I left them there. They were more meat type ducks than eggs producers.

Does anyone close to Bargersville, have ducklings for sale? I'm looking for a nice egg laying bird. I would like the eggs to be noticeably larger than jumbo chicken eggs. I don't really want the ducks to fly away either.

Or a different location. We are gonna leave it where it was, until no more mice. Then we will put it under the crawl space, see if it does any good there. And then up into the attic. Living in the country some times stinks lol. Mr. Kitty always took care of them, hes just so old now, prefers to stay indoor. Still wouldn't move back to the city for anything tho. Pros and cons to both, but country living far out ways city life IMHO.

Ours had ducks last week, but I really wasn't interested in them, so I didn't pay attention to what they had. As far as chicks go, they had SW in one bin and assorted pullets in the other, just a bunch of yellow chicks.

No they just need water to put their heads in to clean their heads. I have a pond and my ducks never go in it.

I can't wait to try the bucket for mice thing. I have traps and they just aren't working this time. My cat had one in the middle of the night last night and let it go so he could chase it more. Don't think he ever got it again. And we had them in town as well so the city doesn't matter!!

We were in RK today and they had Indian runners and khaki ducklings. And still just had all strait run chicks.

So I'm trying to upload pics(my first time) so have patience with me. Here are 3 of the mixed Bantys I got a RK, 2 weeks ago tomorrow. Any ideas what they are?
