I've had pets go missing before and it is such a nerve-wracking experience.

His name is Benji. His roommate's name was Michael (also from Elkhart co.) He took a class on making biodiesel fuel and one with some kind of robot...

hmmm... I don't think I met him but the name Michael rings a bell (i'm not sure though, I bet there were quite a few michaels there). I'm from Harrison county (Area 2). I think my brother took the robotics one but I might be wrong. There were so many kids there that I had to use some nicknames in order to remember them so I might know him but just not by first name. I know you said he wanted to be a blacksmith but does he want to be a farrier (I met a kid there that really wanted to be one so just thought i'd ask)? I took pre vet medicine, careers with horse, and one about being an extension educator.

At a swap meet or another busy place the card would be the most convenient. PayPal could take significantly longer. It depends on where u want to use it. I would assume paypal would be more convenient for online buyers. I know I like it. But if I was inline at a swap meet or something like that I wouldn't want to stand in line while someone went thru their PayPal account. It depends I guess.
I agree. Paypal also offers a card reader as well and the money is instantly deposited into my paypal account. So it would work the same as all the other readers.

I see here that you have Ameraucana's. I was sold several chickens a few months ago that the person said they were Ameraucanas and I would really like your opinion. I thought a few looked just like easter eggers, but the rest look like a lot of the birds I have seen at the fairs recently with the Ameraucana tag. Here are a few pics let me know what you think. Thanks
They are Easter eggers. People enter them in shows as ameraucanas all the time. That would be why they look like some f tem at shows. I personally think they should disqualify chickens that are entered wrong, 4-H or not. My first yet showing I made the same mistake and I wish they would of done that.

I would prolly use Paypal then, because they are more reputable. The temptation may be great for the free money but it may be a hassle. I would refer to their reviews. If they aren't good then trust ur gut and the instant pay with small fee.

Just took some photos of the SFH kiddos that are 13 weeks old now. SHF are like a box of chocolates. You never know what you're going to end up with and they change from month to month until they reach their adult plumage. Black w/band in front. She has more brown than the other black. Here they are as little ones. Black without band. "Brown" (She still has snake eyes.) Brown as a little one (kytinpusher's photo at hatch) This is Emma. She's 1.5 yo. I think "brown" will end up looking much like Emma.
Such pretty birds!

no, he's not really interested in being a farrier, so it was probably someone else you met!
