Wow first post of the day and it's almost 4 pm. I think this is the quietest this thread has been in ages... I hope everyone had a great Christmas. DH got me an awesome present for Christmas... a new camera

. So I have been chasing the chickens around getting lots of new pics of them. Be warned lots of pics of beautiful chickies to follow

Awesome job! Your incubator looks so sleek. You're very handy & creative. I just love the little chickie roosts in the brooder!
Can't wait to see what you come up with in the new coop.

Congrats on the new camera. This silkie pic is my fav. Now you'll now have to start taking more chicken or baby chick pics and adding funny props.

The bator was a ole end table I found at a 2nd hand store!! Those lil chicks love that roost. Our 4 & 6 yr olds are really loving this!!

hey everyone got the boards today for the bases of the next three coops so that is what I shall be working on over the weekend...hope everyone had a great christmas

Figured I'd put this out there again.
I'm looking for nice quality bantam cochins. Needing lavender, barred, buff, partridge and possibly blacks if I can't get nice barreds. Perfer started birds or chicks but again could settle for eggs. Smooth feathered or frizzled.

Also, I'm placing an order through ideal here in a week or so. Should be a decent order with meat birds, layers, and bantams being ordered to most likely being shipped early March. They will be shipped to me in Warren. So pickup here would need to be arranged. Let me know if anyone is interested in going in on it.
