Hello there !
We are from Fort Wayne and rural Columbia City area. My sister-in-law is moving to the in the Columbia City and Churubusco area and we are looking for some BYC folks who would be willing to help her learn of the little and big details of setting up a BYC operation like: judging how big to build, insulation, ventilation, feeding at different ages, how to deal with mistakes and keep encouraged and etc . Any one out there ?

Something got ahold of my Hero Rooster ( Appenzeller) while we was in hospital. He is alright but when we got home he had blood all over his back and missing lots of tail feathers. He must of be protecting the flock again. He was the only one injured and all other chickens are accounted for i believe.

2 mystery pullets - white pullets from rainbow layer assortment 5weeks old. $5 each
2 silver laced wyandottes - both cockerels 5 weeks old. $4 each
10 buff orpington - straight run from lemon cuckoo roo over buff and lavender hens. 1.5 weeks old $2 each
3 lavender orpingtons - 1 cockerel (4weeks old) and 2 straight run (1.5 weeks old) $18 for all
