INDIANA BYC'ers HERE!

John,,, thank you, well stated. I do understand both views but I admit I do hunt and carry a lifetime permit. Like you, I feel I have a safe home, and leave my concerns at the door.

Hehehe they sure go crazy over it! Glad you got the chance to try, it will really cut the food bill too! I want more pekins!!!! Really liking these they have an interesting fun demeanor :D
Your telling me! They flocked me today when i got home! They know when i am pulling a wagon of the good stuff! I had to stop and wait until they got out from under the wagon to move! My picky ducks love it! Do they ever get full off it? Doesnt seem like it. Although im not going through bags of feed as quickly!

So obviously you can't leave fermented feed out all day. Do you guys leave dry out incase they get hungry? I'm nervous about just offering 2 meals a day to the chicks. The adults I'm not too worried about since they free range and can get more food that way if they become hungry.

no i dont they free range all day. And i only ever feed once a day. On just dry food it would take my birds 2 days to eat a 5 gal bucket so i know about what they eat daily. I have left some feed out for my chicks during the day. The fermented in a bowl i just make sure there is plenty of water in it and then check and stir a refil when i get home. Just dont let bugs get in it. Mine has been fine because tgey eat it quickly

Hi, everyone. Tony here in North Judson. My entire flock was decimated by predators and THIEVES. I'm in the middle of a move and have all my money wrapped up in the new house. Could really use some help from my neighbors. I'll adopt any chicken, turkey, guinea, duck or pheasant. Thank you all.....Tony

Hey guys, I know I am here again. But would anyone be interested in two baby roosters? They are about a month old ( maybe a little older) of my own breeding stock. One is full Rhode island red the other is a bantam Rhode red Cross. I am giving away their sisters to a neighbor and I already have three roosters so they can't stay. If not, I guess they will be dinner. I live in the bartholomew area. Figured it was a worth a shot!

- thank ya

where are you located?

Thanks for posting this again! I finally got on the desktop (first time in months!) rather than my ipad, and it made it pretty simple to do. I think the one thing that is missing in the directions is you have to be signed into your google/gmail account before able to add a pin on your location.
It's on there-- the second line-- (not sure why the post is so spread out). I had added that info to Cluck's message thanks to your post three weeks ago. (I searched this thread to give the info to teach1rusl and noticed your addition that followed Cluck's post)

Quinstar posted: They are actually just copied from Instagram. Not sure if you're familiar with it, but it's a smartphone app for photos. I think I brightened each photo and used the Amaro filter.

M2H:replied: I wondered if they were Instagrammed because my daughters often text Instagrams to me. Since I always have Photoshop CS6 open for work, I haven't looked into Instagram, but your photos look especially pretty.

Tell Belle to stay away from power tools, though! haha
