Is it hard to raise your own mill worms? Can you do it in the winter?
they are really easy. I do it mostly in the winter so my birds have fresh bugs and extra protein. And because its so funny watching chicken football!

Yeah this is an active thread, eh? I was looking at some other thread, and someone joined in Aug of '12. I saw they either had 5,000 or 15,000 posts since then, I think it was 15,000! All I can say is wow!Wow just realized i hit 1,000 post and about 3/4 of that is just right here on this thread!!! LOVE IT!!!!!!!
Practically any place that sells wild bird seed and many farm stores now carry them. lowes also sells themQuestion does anyone know the cheapest place to buy dryer millstone? My chick and turkeys love them.
Cluck~ I couldn't imagine the "bombs" being real around there. Probably some kids. I hate all the copycat stuff that goes on. Sate Police said the packages were empty after 4 hours of investigating them. Glad my little bro lives in the country near there and not in town.
Do you make tractors? If so I'd like to see pics. I need to build a big one for the chickens I'll be using for meat.
I have a few Gold Wyndotte Sex-Links.
