But she had me paint all her kitchen cabinets, remodel her bathroom, remodel the other bathroom, re-side the north wall of the house, and tear down the wooden porch and put in concrete. Here's your babies out for a scratch. When I dumped them in the henhouse they were tentative. This is a hour later. Since they were raised in your basement, they were hesitant about the grass. Didn't know what it was. They looked it up on the internet and found it to be "Grassius Alottum". Then they seemed to be fine with it.



Since the ducks are out in the yard, the guineas are suffering separation anxiety.

Shawna, thank you for the SLW roo, GLW roo, and GLW hen. That gets rid of half of your roosters. Now your husband will only be half-irritated with you. They arrived at their new home in good spirits. The SLW ate feed from my hand. The GLW's are about the size of the Orpingtons and seem to be settling in fine with no bickering. The SLW, being 1/2 larger will likely soon be king of the roost. Thanks again.

To everyone else, Shawna is a kind-hearted soul who bought the GLW's because they were the last in the bin and were being picked on by the other varieties. She is a very sweet young woman.

I'm glad they are getting a good home, and I just knew that Roo (the SLW rooster) would take to you. He's a big sweetie, but I don't think he'll have any trouble defending a flock. Wait until he jumps on your head. He is very curious.

They look a little shell shocked! I haven't ever had them outside, lol. But they were always the first to the sod cut out, so I bet they are happy. The guineas are very adorable, I think I may need some. But if they're as loud as everybody says DH would kill me!
