Hey, remember the abominable snowman had black fingers too, look at the adorable toes!!!
I named her Lily, and the other white one Lumi. Did the abominable snowman have a name? That would be cute. Did you ever count toes on your littles? I want to see new pictures of them!

I will have to google it!
Ugh, no, been doing closet cleaning and all that stuff I hate,,,since its miserable and I can't go outdoors.
Only thing I hate worse than cleaning closets is washing dishes

I do need to count toes tho! I will put me a post-it and stick it on my camera so I do it tomorrow!
Do you have the littles outside now? How are they doing?

Cool, let me know when they do, I am very curious to know! I can argue the fact why raise the bigger bird if the small one can give the same size egg..
I already know his answer tho.. more meat on the big birds. And he knows I won't process a bantam.
I will. I have both the LF and bantams, I like the bantams better, personality wise though

Oh no, there are only 2 silkies out, and they have a stationary heat lamp.
My oldest roo, and an older cockerel.
They are in my grow out coop with my younger birds and exotics.
I have the rest in brooders in my porch, and the babies are actually in my den

They will probably be in there a few weeks or longer if this weather stays so cold!

Aww bumble! Thats okay, I have three month olds in my living room, and broody moms in my den. Soon to have a roo and 3 more girls in there for a couple of days. Silkes dont bother me in the house. They are like stinky kittens.

Just thought I'd post this to help enable others! Hardin Poultry is having a great deal right now! Spend over $100 excluding shipping charges on their website they will refund $50 back! This is good through 1/10/14. I ended up getting 12 tolbunt eggs and a jubilee orp egg for $67.50 shipped minus the $32 I had in my paypal account from selling chickens/eggs and I only paid $35.50 out of pocket (well more until they refund the $50). And I think it has to be OVER $100, exactly $100 won't cut it.

Their website is www.hardinpoultry.com
