INDIANA BYC'ers HERE!

Sorry to hear u r hurting so bad. Speaking from experience: I have learned the work will still b there when you get t feeling better. The children will grow and move away. Children are my priority too! Mine are all grow and giving me grandchildren now, and in some cases my grandchildren are old enough t give me great grandchildren! Through it all...the work got done...eventually! Hope u get t feeling better soon!
Thank you, Minmin.

Quote: As a seller of started pullets I disagree quite strongly. While the buyer needs to be aware and know what to look for as well as how to mix the new birds into an existing flock, the seller has a responsibility too. Adult hens can be a great way to start. I started my sumatra flock with 4 adult birds and it has been a great experience.

Carmen and Joan took a dust bath under our sliding board while mona laid an egg.
Later i had to put them up because a raccoon and her baby showed up.

Hi all! I live in NE Indiana, near Angola, and have a gold laced Wyandotte cockerel (currently 11 weeks old) for sale/trade. He is going to be a beautiful rooster I think but he's challenging my Golden Polish cockerel (the one I want to keep) and I don't have space to separate them. Henry (the GLW) is becoming territorial over my GP pullet. We have 13 pullets and space for everyone in the coop and run. I just don't have a separation option.
This photo was taken a week or so ago. He's grown quite a bit since then and is beginning to get some green in his wing feathers.
