ya know I have looked for the ceramic heaters like that but cant find them. Who sells them, our RK or TSC never have them. and they can screw into any standard light socket right?

I have read that some folks keep bantie just to brood. But I don't know what breed in particular.As far as bantams go, you have to have some to truly appreciate them. They are really neat little things, make great broodies, and eat the crap out of bugs. I have about 30 of them, and they are all sweethearts. The only chickens I can keep 4 or 5 boys together, and they get along great, and don't tear up hens.
