Those "little huts" are easy to build, I run 25 CX in them at a time but I would think 30-35 would be no prob. They move fairly easy without wheels but I installed wheels so my daughter would have no problem moving them.
Would you mind posting how you built them? I just ordered 25 Freedom Rangers from our feed mill yesterday & they will arrive in 2 weeks. Now I have to figure out how I'm going to house them...

Although I have stepped away from the thread, I feel it necessary to share this map with you all of the control area in our county. No bird movement in or out during this time period. Although there are no county roads labeled, for locals we get a pretty good idea of where they are looking at the map.
I'm also sorry about the AI in your area. I have been able to use it as a good reason not to have people come to my property though. The downfall is that now I have stopped having stuff shipped by UPS and Fed Ex to here as well. I miss that 2 day prime shipping that comes to my door instead of my PO box.
And just for emphasis, I'll retype it. I think you should come back to the thread.

Got this e-mail from the Marion county Purdue extension:
The testing of Poultry this Thursday will be postponed until we have a plan for the poultry project regarding the Avian Flu in Marion County. Information has not been available from Purdue on how to proceed with the dealing of this issue as of today. You will be emailed as soon as we know.

This is Sarabi, Mufasa's mate. Sadly we lost Nala the third to a predator attack last week.
This is Sparky, my handsome Silky Fella. Love him, he is a big softy.
This is Castle, 1 of the 6 my DD is going to show at the fair this year.
This is Olaf, another of the 6 showbirds. He is very proud of himself.
I need help with this last one. His name is Mork. I think he is a red pyle old english game bantam, but he is 14 weeks old. I thought he would have more color to him by now. Is he something else maybe?
Sorry about all the picture spam, but I can't help it I just love my babies, I mean chickens....
Thanks you guys are sweet. I just don't want to say anything that some may deem pushy. So I intended to take a step back. However you guys are difficult to stay away from lol. On a lighter note. we have new babies! I have 2 splash that are about 2 months old out in the coop now with the silkie girls. I have 5 moms and babies in the house right now, two of which hatched their chicks last night. AHHH, I cant wait for this flu stuff to burn out. They need outside time.
My littles with their mamas.... silver parti's, blues, blacks, splash... The new babies are mostly splash and 1 blue and 1 BC.
And the new babies from last night. They are stupid cute. I have babies out the ears!!!!
Anyway, I don't know how active I will be, but I will read and pipe in for help if anyone needs it. Thanks again for being so nice.
