I was directed here from the meat forum. I'm looking for someone to process roosters. We are in central Indiana south of Indianapolis.
I have 1 rooster ready now but will have more ready in July. I might have more roosters in Feb. I'm still waiting to see how many of my 10 weekers turn out to be roosters.
