Indiana & Surrounding BYC Meetup August 1st, 2009

I bought the "Hello" name tags for the BYC members. I would like to have our screen names as well as our real names on them. As for the spouses, children, etc, I have blank name tags for them. I would like to write (example) "Jenny-Shultz's daughter" or "Rob-Schultz's spouse" something like that. We will have a sign-in area aka the front porch

That's kind of what I had in mind, as far as the kids and guests go. I wouldn't want my son to get lost and no one know who Shelley Davis is!! Not like THAT would happen, I'm sure he'll be glued to me all day

what if we have extra family members we want to trade in trade up at that swap, what do we put on their name tags?

Kathleen, Little Ameracuana Mom and I will be bringing the hotdogs and buns. I also still plan on bringing my slow cooker full of homemade chicken and noodles plus the foil, mustard and catsup. I also need to remember my chairs. I guess the 3rd seat is coming out of the van again. lol
