Thanks everyone for all your thoughts and prayers! I am sure there is a plan for us and we will get through it. Rob and I always tell each other that as long as we have God and each other, it wouldn't matter if we lived in a cardboard box!

Ed, I am glad you both are getting back to work. I actually got some good news and will be starting a new job on Monday. I am really excited about it. I hope it's enough to help keep our heads above water.
I have 1 white Serama left and 3 silver birchen OEGB's and 1 ppet quality silkie (he has curled toes on one foot). They are all roos. I am asking $5 each for them and the silkie is free to a good home. We also have 2 BTW Japanese bantam roosters for $5 each.
ETA:
I talked to a lady who lives in Cloverdale that is looking for ducks if anyone has any they are looking to sell. Her email is [email protected] and her name is Tami. I think she is looking for Mandarin or something like that, darn I hate when I can't remember things.

We have some ducks that need new homes, most are mixed call ducks, all young ones and I also have some brown mandarin Im thinking about selling, they are youngs ones also...........

I'm sorry I wasn't able to buy the little muffed girl off of you. We had to rush to get out of there.

I am praying the little blue OEGB girl that I bought doesn't have anything. My father doesn't know the meaning of quarentine and has been taking her outback were the chickens live.... So far so good but she does have watery eyes.

Congrats on your new job!

Our thoughts and prayers are with you and Rob. I'll include your family in our prayers at church tomorrow. But I am so glad you found work! It's so hard right now for so many people. Good luck and best wishes at it!

Say, who brought the zuchinni bread to the chickenstock? Shultz went us home with a loaf and we've been eating it and it's the BEST! Did Miss_Jayne bring it? I am in LOVE with it! Even my picky 9 year old who has suddenly decided that she is against zuchinni, loves it. I want the recipe!!!!

Just a reminder, the KY chickenstock will be Sept. 19, Schultz was such an inspiration in the way they held theirs, that I started planning one as soon as I came home! (well, maybe a day or two later, but still

)

We have some pretty fun games lined up, for kids and adults alike. We are having t-shirts made to order for our '1st annual' chickenstock (hopefully it will be annual!), myself and Mojo Chick'n are providing some quail that Mojo will be cooking on the grill, plus tons of food!! Another local BYC member is the DIL of Kentucky's own Fred Thrasher, and has donated one of his recently released prints for auction. It's going to be a great party! I just hope we can 'live up' to the standard that was set by Rob and Kathleen
