Today I'm going to finish patching up the pinata-- I found some crepe paper that almost matches the color, but I'll use some yellow paint too. (Just don't make fun of how it turns out!) I will try to make it look like the back of a chicken, not some alien!

I will make the rice today too, then add the other stuff tomorrow. We will be going to Ed's on Friday to pick up some stuff, then on to Indy! WOOOOOOHOOOOOOO

Anyone want chicks? Or eggs?

Carole, we just might have some items to put in your stuffed chicken. I sent Kathleen some pics of the kids stuff I picked up yesterday. Are you camping Fri. night?

Theresa, the piñata is sealed up, so nothing else can fit in it. The stuff you bought could be numbered prizes - talk to Kathleen. I have 25 numbered pieces inside colored eggs in the piñata, so we will need prizes to match the numbers. Not too sure about camping yet, I haven't mentioned the idea to Brett. We have a tent but we could also sleep in the back of the Jeep. We'll see how much room we have.

Shultz, can your mom's friend still come get us? I'm in a pickle at the moment too. The brakes finally went out last night right as I pulled in to town, so I now officially have NO brakes. I barely coasted into my yard. I actually felt something snap, and that was scary! I was waiting until this paycheck to get them fixed but apparently the brakes couldn't wait that long! My dilemma is that I have work Thursday and Friday, and no car to get there until I get the brakes done, but I to drive 15+ miles to get them done. I'm going to call a member of my church and see if he has time to get them done, but he may tell me not til this weekend, in which case I'm in big trouble cause I work Sunday and Monday too! Or he may not have the time at all to do them. Man I wish I was handy at fixing cars. Plus I don't even get paid until tomorrow. I don't want to risk trying to get to Danville tomorrow without brakes. I don't have a death wish. If I miss work my District Manager is mean enough to fire me. Not my studio manager, but definitely my District Manager. This is my only day off before Saturday to figure out what I'm going to do, and it has to get done today, but I don't know how I'm going to manage that without money. I swear, when something goes wrong, it REALLY goes wrong. I still plan to come Saturday, nothing is stopping me from coming, I just may not have a job when I get back. I am off now to see if Joe from church can help me at all. I hope...I hope...
