I called the local city planners office and they said I was very close to the line but unable to have chickens, and also said I could not have quail. I’m just trying to find out if there are any possible loopholes or workarounds. I see many others that live nearby on this forum site that have chickens and quail. So I’m confused by this. I live in a rural area. My house qualified for a USDA loan, and I have a double lot.
