Indoor Coturnix

i have a similar cage i used when i first got my quail. i also hung a chinchila dusting hut off the side door for extra room and aplace for them to take dust baths. once i got the outdoor pen i put them outside. indoor quail cages need constant cleaning. i am much happier with them outdoors!

I have something similar but it has a 1/2" wire bottom and a pull out tray.

I use a cage like this for my crazy roo. The wire and the tray are much easier to clean. You don't need to take them out to change the paper in the tray.

Yes, I would rather have to change quail bedding and clean cages than not have any quail. I do love their singing.

When I was looking at cages, I was looking at the Wabbitat from Midwest.

I didn't see anything at the local pet stores (Petco and Petsmart) that was similar to the cage I have now with a pull out tray, even though I got it at Petsmart about 4 years ago.

To feed my hatching addiction, I just orders some stacking cages from Klubertanz. They should come at the end of this week.
I can't wait! I'm excited.

These are going out in the garage. I've got 35 chicks literally jumping out of their brooder to go in these.

I've got a dog crate similar to that first one chrishel but the tray is broke and I don't think it would work well in my situation. I also have a rabbit cage similar to the ones in your second link i guess i could use for a spare cage.
