indoor duck and diapers

one of my two girls got take by a raccoon. i got two new babies but my other girl freaks out if i am not with her. would it be ok to have the new babies be normal outdoor ducks (they’ll have a coop in the sunroom, and come out all day supervised by my family) but have my girl be an indoor duck? and anyone have any diy diaper ideas?

I'm so sorry about your duck! I think it would be fine to have her inside. I'd just worry about having her with a pup. If you get a puppy maybe just get baby gates and keep them in different areas of the house. Here's a link to some duck diapers on Etsy:

You can make them out of socks whilst they are still very small. I did this with ours and then decided to buy a proper diaper as I don't have a sewing machine, nor am I very good with one!
