After a bit more work, her toe healed up fine and I trimmed her nails, but what do you know, the day she seemed to be in perfect shape, she was picked off by a coyote.

Thank you, Kiki. We have a coyote problem at the moment. Hungry momma that had pups recently, so she's probably trying to feed them.
