Infected Cut on Head Oozing out Eye HELP!

So one day ago my black japanese rooster got attacked by what we think was a hawk. His name is Charlie. He was cut up pretty bad but one thing in particular conserns me. A small but deep cut at the base of his comb. The cut is the only one on his comb with yellow crust around it and just below his cut is extremly swollen. But now his eye is oozing white bubbley stuff. His eyeball looks fine but i wonder if the white bubbles come from the cut above it. I need help! What should i do?

I am not a doctor. But he could have swelling, like edema. The oozy stuff, if it's clear, it's probably irritation. If it's not clear, I would get antibiotics.

oh and btw we have seperated him from the flock, given him a bath, cleaned his cuts with a wet warm rag. We've also put Neosporin on it. Thanks.

no the oozy stuff isnt clear its white. i tryed to wipe it away but after two or so blinks it comes back.
