Whatcha Making for Supper?

Tonight I am making a spicy chicken soup to hopefully help me kick this dang cold flu virus or whatever it is. My soup needs more heat. The serrano chilli wasn't hot enough. I think I should have roasted it first then chilled it in the fridge and then put it in the soup. My soup had cabbage carrots orange red and yellow sweet peppers onion cilantro mushrooms garlic and of course chicken.

Breakfast ….. I just pulled blueberry bread pudding out of the oven and will have that with a big scoop of vanilla oat milk ‘ice cream’
And I think I will have a cabbage/carrot/kale salad to prove I’m a responsible adult :gig
