Hello everyone! This is not very urgent and will most likely pass in a couple of days, but I thought I would seek any advice in case it gets worse. I have 5 about two week old turkeys, and yesterday I noticed one had a scab on her foot (pictures below). It seemed to be bothering her and she kept pecking at it. So far she seems pretty normal and is acting like all the other turkeys, it just seems to be itchy. Is there anything I can do to get it cleared up so it stops bothering her and so it doesn’t spread into something worse? Thank you so much for any and all advice!

Are you sure it is just a scab? Looks as if this toe might have been crushed or even a bit necrotic.
No, I’m not completely sure that it is a scab, that’s just what it looked like to my untrained eye. It could quite easily have been crushed, though I’m not sure how, or necrotic. How can I help her, if I can?

That's what I was thinking too.

If you gently grasp your fingers around the toe, does she tighten the toe at all?
When I grasped my fingers around her toe, she didn’t tighten it but it defintely didn’t seem as though she liked it. Any thoughts?
