Infected leg wound

That's really helpful. I've moved her into her own box with some food in. Posted some photos of the wound She's mostly not moving around at all in it. I'm lifting her out to feed her a combination of layers pellets mashed with water and water by syringe. She's eating when I offer it to her on my lap but not by herself. I think the others have been pecking at her sadly. Should we look for a vitamin feed? Any advice greatly appreciated. We are fairly clueless.
I certainly don’t think it would hurt to give her nutridrench or poultry cell. You could also give her scrambled eggs; it’s one of my girls’ favorite treats. I also like to add the liquid vitamins to their mash feed. You can just make a quart of medicated water, then use that to make the mash as well as for her drinking water. I personally think the wound looks ok, but the only experience I have is with my girl! I’ll post a picture for you...

I would trim around the wound so that the feathers are out of the way. Maybe give the maunka honey a try. There is a lot of good that comes out of that type of treatment.
I will go find the thread with a lot of details. If it is hot, she probabaky needs antibiotics.

You could always try some nutridrench to help give her a boost. Its hard to tell the full extent of the wound from the photos, but I would try keeping it clean with betadine or vetricyn. Its hard to tell, but it looks like it may be starting to get infected, hopefully cleaning it up right away will help

Sorry, it’s pretty gross. But this healed without any additional intervention by me. I just washed it out with soap & water.

How long did it take to heal?
I’d say around 6 weeks? It was August 28th I noticed it, and it had already begun healing. She went into a pretty hard molt early October and it was healed by then. She doesn’t like to be held, so I didn’t examine as often as I normally would.
