Infected oviduct

My little 'A' Class Serama hen has an infected oviduct, it smells and is nasty, I've put neosporin on and dosed her with LS-50. can this be passed on, she's the third one with it, 2 have died. All Serama, any ideas whats going on, there are no symtoms other tham a dead bird with an exposed oviduct after death.

You need veterinary help, and any time you suspect infection, the bird must be separated from the others and a thorough cleandown of the coop performed...especially nest boxes...

no vet around here will even look at a chicken, this little girl is in a cage with a roo, not right now, and she is not laying. I'm glad. if you look at her she 'looks' great. So I'm going to have to do is treat her myself, What to do

I'm really confused about what you mean by "infected oviduct"? Does she perhaps have a prolapse coming out of her vent? Does she have a smelly discharge from her vent? Did she just recently quite laying? If so, she may be laying internally, or have a broken egg inside. Are they getting plenty of oyster shell to make their eggs good and hard, and what is the rest of diet?

She's not prolapsed, she has never layed yet to young, if you look at her butt it looks like she has a scab on her vent, if you take a closer look, there is a scab and an inlarged oviduct that is infected as far as you can look in, its a green-yellow-white color, smells, and looks very unhealthy, the bird herself looks fine her comb is in good color, she talks to you, flys, poops good,
