Infected/pasty butt?

Hello, got this 2-3 weeks old Brahma chick it was all healthy and normal until today this happened to it's butt, I don't think this is a pasty butt it's like the whole vent got outside, any suggestions?

That’s prolapsed vent. It’s a serious condition that needs to be treated immediately. Fill your sink with warm water and put her in (not her whole body just up to her wings) and clean the vent with Vetericyn. To keep her calm while your cleaning, put a towel over her body and head. After u clean it, give her fresh water with electrolytes for the added calcium and for stress. Keep hee away from the other chickens bc the biggest danger is them pecking at it
