I've had half a dozen cats spayed the last few months and I've seen incisions like that. They're fine. You want to look for real redness, it's going to be a little red just cause of the surgery, but like firery red, if she yelps when you touch it, icky drainage/bleeding, or the dog just not acting right. That's the big thing right there, if she's acting normal things are good.
