Infected Spay Incision?

I've had half a dozen cats spayed the last few months and I've seen incisions like that. They're fine. You want to look for real redness, it's going to be a little red just cause of the surgery, but like firery red, if she yelps when you touch it, icky drainage/bleeding, or the dog just not acting right. That's the big thing right there, if she's acting normal things are good.

Hey, everyone!
The spay incision healed well. Iona came out with only a small bump, which scarred. Now, two months later, it looks like both dogs have infections. I know that the incisions will puss up and then drain (or something), but is that normal two months later? I put antibiotic cream on Iona and I'll put Hydrogen Peroxide on Keira's, which is oozing a little. A vet trip is out of the question until Monday unless a dog dies suddenly ( not really, but you get my point) Is the puss normal two months later?
