Infection in the eye - Pus is hard! *GRAPHIC PICTURES

I will attach pictures. This poor rooster was in a bad cock fight a week ago and it now looks like the eye cavity is filled with rock hard pus covered with a scab.

Please help me figure out what to do!! All advice welcomed.

He is moving fine. Eating and drinking. But definitely can not see out of his right eye.

When this first happened, we saw the eye still inside the cavity, but very swollen.

I have antibiotics I can give him (oxytetracycline) but a vet trip just doesn’t make financial sense for us which is why I want to see what I can do.

If someone has advice, please let me know! I would really appreciate it!

Thats pretty severe I agree on a vet. That has to come out of there and looks to be longer then a week. @casportpony
