I noticed one of my birds was closing her eyes a bit so I grabbed her and found an area on her chest with feathers gone and a scab like infection. She had several little black blood clots inside of this hole.. then I sprayed with Vetericyn. I’m also noticing her poop has a lot of white liquid in it.. any ideas what this is and what the treatment should be I’d appreciate anyone’s help thank you.

Does she spend a lot of time lying down? It looks like a typical keel cyst, also called a breast blister that has scabbed. This happenes when a chicken spends a lot of time on a rough roost, or lies down a lot on damp or soiled bedding. I would look at her ankles and hock joints for any swelling that could be do to a bacterial arthritis called MS (mycoplasma synovitis.) The sore can be cleaned with Betadine or Walmart Equate Antibacterial Wound Disinfectant. If there is pus inside it can be lanced and cleaned out. Make sure that she is resting on dry and clean bedding, and check to see if her roost needs to be sanded or padded.

it looks like a breast blister. they get these from sitting on hard surfaces that rub against the skin, thus causing a blister. you should clean it well and put her inside with a soft cushion for her to lay on. spraying vetercyn is ok that is what I use sometimes but keep an eye on it.
