this girl has been in our garage for a week after a dog attack. I cleaned the wound daily and gave her antibiotics to try and avoid infection. Today I went out to check on her and saw this on her back end. Is this infection or stuck poop??

My guess, not knowing more about the injury, is that it is stuck poop.
If she was on antibiotics, that can disrupt the digestive tract and cause loose, runny poo's. I would give her some probiotics for a few days to help get her gut bacteria back in balance. Since she may already have a digestive imbalance I would use a supplement (there are animal probiotic powders, or you can use human probiotics) rather than yogurt as dairy may aggravate an already upset digestive tract.
Is the wound healing well? Is she eating well? Acting normal, or like she doesn't feel good? The green could be from not eating, or from infection, or from something she ate, if you are feeding other than chicken feed. I would clean that off, trim feathers around the vent if needed to keep it clean. Droppings build up could lead to fly strike which would just make everything worse.
