From a bit of googling, I think one of my hens has IB. The only symptom she has is wrinkly deformed eggs and watery egg whites. In all other ways, the whole flock is healthy. No signs of respiratory distress or reduced appetite, just the egg issue.

Is there anything else it could be? Or, if it is IB, what can I do for her?

IB is very contageous and will spread easily to other birds. There isnt any cure. Antibiotics can be used to prevent secondary infections. It's possible your other birds have been exposed and may eventually show symptoms, various strains show various symptoms. Most birds survive this disease and will eventually continue to lay eggs, but at a slower rate. Here's another link, scroll down and read about it if you wish:

ChickensAreSweet provided some excellent links as well.
