Infectious bronchitis or MG or even something else? Help!

Sunday September 9th I woke up and found my year old Easter Egger “Bunny” sitting in the run which was unusual as she runs towards me any time I go near her. She just sat there and I noticed her eye was closed and the right side of her face was extremely swollen to the point her nostril was swollen shut. I thought she had an eye injury and took her inside to inspect it and clean out the eye. After figuring out it could be respiratory after watching her lay a soft shelled egg at night. She was sluggish, tail down and not her usual self. Her poop was a watery bright green and she had bubbles in the corners of her eyes. She was not sneezing, coughing, gaping or wheezing st all. I immediately quarantined her in a brooder box in our pool house and disinfected the whole coop and run. I do not have access to an avian vet and the closest is over 200 miles away.

After some reading I decided to start giving her tylan 50 Injections IM I have now gave her .5ml daily for 3 days. She is 3.97lbs.
Today, her facial swelling is completely gone and her poops are still quite green but have turned solid again. She is eating and drinking just fine and is back to her normal feisty fast self. Yelling at me to get her out of the brooder box.

Now, I’m unsure of what she has or had. I know neither case is optimal but she was laying next to a 14 week old pullet when I found her and I’ve kept a close eye on the rest of the flock and I’m seeing none of the others with any symptoms as it’s been 3 days since I first noticed her. I have a broody buff Orpington sitting on 6 eggs that are due to hatch in 5 days and I’ve been very concerned with that. I dont Know what my next course of action is, what I should do. My chickens are pets, not food and I’m really not trying to cull her as she is such a good girl and is very pretty. I dont Know when to integrate her back into the hen house, when to stop the injections or what to do. Can anyone shove me in the right direction? I’m fairly new to this and it’s all quite overhwelming. I have posted a photo of her facial swelling when it was first caught and the bubbles are visible in her eyes.

She may have pinkeye and a sinus infection from mycoplasma (MG.) Swelling of the face or eye with bubbles or foam in the eye is common. Tylan 50 can be given orally 1.2 ml for a 4 pound chicken twice a day for 5 days. All of your chickens can be carriers whether they get sick or not. I would place her back in the flock since they have all been exposed, or at least when she is off meds. It is a good idea to close your flock to new birds to control the spread. I would keep Tylan on hand in case any of the new chicks ever show symptoms, which can occur around 3-4 weeks old. Sorry that you have this problem, but it can be common in backyard flocks and spread by wild birds. Here is a good link about MG:
