Infectious Bronchitis?????? PLEASE HELP!!! ***Updated with Pics***

I've had eggs just like that one. Looks like someone stamped a circular pattern into it. Happens on occasion. Had eggs with tails, folds, etc, on occasion, too. Many eggs from IB look like a wadded up paper bag so I wouldn't jump to conclusions about yours.

They lay when they get good and ready. In my flock or about 28 layers, I had 7 eggs today. The time of year, molting, etc, can all affect egg production.

I'm not Cyn, but here's my answer.

Misshapen shells can happen for a number of reasons, one of them includes and immature shell gland. If your pullets are fairly young, that could be the issue with the funky looking egg. She could also be at the end of her cycle and took the day off. The days are also shorter, which could be another reason.

Are the other pullets that are not laying the same breed as the ones that are laying?

No, they are not the same breed. The ones that are laying are 2 white rocks, (the ones with the weird eggs) and 1 red star ( the one with big,perfect eggs) The ones that aren't laying are 2 barred rocks and 2 buff orpingtons.

What!!!???? 30 weeks!!!! 26 weeks!!!

Then why are they "ACTING" like they want to lay???? They seem SO ready!!!

I have 2 orders of RIRs this year. The oldest is 29 weeks (19 pullets) and the younger batch is 21 weeks (23 pullets 2 cocks) and I have 3 EEs that hatched somewhere between. Well I only get about 4 eggs a day, which for the past 2 days I went up to 5, so I am hoping to get a dozen a day soon......I should. So I wouldn't worry about 23 or 24 week old chickens being late developers.
You seem like a careful person......why don't you check into the vaccines? It cost me 87 dollars with McMurray a few months back, shipping included and I vaccinated against 5 or 6 things in 3 doses....all separately. My only regret was not getting a little more. You can get up to 4 vaccines in your shipping with the same charge.
