I recently read an article on swollen chicken faces associated with sinus infections. They were treated with eye drops containing the active ingredient to treat human pinkeye. The face had to be gently worked with a Q-tip for the fluid to go into the eye. The post was probably on these forums. I’ll try to find the link.

Thank you so much that really did help, I’ll look into that medication if their condition doesn’t improve tomorrow

Good news, it looks like it was just a little swollen because they got pecked. They're both doing a lot better and in case anyone has this problem this is what I did: 1mL lemon juice in a syringe and 1/2 aspirin with water in a syringe (do this every other day along with one syringe full of homemade electrolyte water) I also sprayed them with Theracyn every day and put Neosporin on the swollen area every day
